West Linn Privacy Policy: What We Collect When You Call or Visit

What this policy covers

This site is run by West Linn OR Expert Plumbers, 21845 Willamette Dr, West Linn, OR 97068. It covers what happens to the information you give when you call (971) 326-9890, when you email [email protected] and when you read these pages.

What we collect

When you call, the person who answers will ask for your name, street address and a description of the problem. The phone system may also log your number and the time and length of the call, and calls may be recorded.

When you email, we receive your email address and whatever you write. This site has no forms, no accounts and no comment boxes, so nothing else is collected through the pages themselves.

Google Fonts and Google Maps: what Google receives

• Google Fonts loads the typeface from Google's servers on every page, which sends your IP address to Google.
• Google Maps is embedded on the homepage, the contact page and each town and neighborhood page. Google may set cookies or collect usage data when a map loads, under Google's own privacy policy.

This site runs no analytics and no advertising scripts of its own.

How call details are used and shared

Call details are used to answer your request. They are shared with the plumber serving your area so that plumber can reach you and do the work. We do not sell your phone number or call details.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. A Google embed may set its own.

Your choices

To ask us not to contact you again, or to ask about the details we hold, say so on a call or write to [email protected]. Plumbers are independent, so ask them directly about what they keep.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Questions are welcome on the contact page.
